Flexibility

Flexibility is paramount to our Cheerleaders and Dancers! This session is suitable for everyone! From complete beginners looking to gain their splits … to our most elite flyers and dancers. Athletes who attend this session will enjoy a fun warm-up followed by learning exercises they can continue to work towards at home and will be able to support and congratulate each other as they reach exciting new milestones. Coach Emily loves welcoming new people to this session and is so passionate about supporting everyone achieve their personal flexibility goals!

This session loves a good before and after pic! So be sure to snap a few ‘before’ photos before you start your journey at our flexibility club so you can look back at how far you have come!
