We are Cheerforce Ten.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced athlete, we have classes to suit all ages and abilities.

We are extremely passionate about the development of cheerleading and dance within the UK and protecting the integrity of our wonderful sport.

Cheerleading

Cheerleading is an exciting team sport involving stunting, tumbling and dance. Our competing teams work towards routines which last 2 mins 30 secs long, which are  entered into various competitions across the season.We offer recreational and competing teams with our Cheer teams being split into various ages for boys and girls of different ability levels. Our competing teams recruit once a year around Easter, and are then set until the following year.CF10’s cheer teams train on a full size sprung tiffin floor, the same surface used at competitions.Whist our teams are set until Easter, we are always recruiting so get in touch now.

Dance

Pom dance involves ballet style technique such as pirouettes and leaps mixed with strong and energetic motions holding poms resulting in exciting visual displays. Our pom teams are there with the best in the country and work towards 2:30 routines which are competed at various competitions across the season. The Pom teams are split into age divisions and are selection based dependent on individual skills. Flexibility and a great work ethic is essential in a Pom dancer.Like cheer we offer recreational and competing teams, with our competing teams recruiting once a season around Easter, and are then set until the following year.CF10’s Dance teams train on a professional sprung harlequin dance floor, the same used at competitions.Whist our teams are set until Easter, we are always recruiting so get in touch now.

Stunt

Stunting is a main component of cheerleading. A stunt group consists of 4/5 people who work towards routines of 1:15 minutes continuously demonstrating different ways to lift their flyer in the level appropriate divisions.In order for us to continue to grow our athlete’s skills and confidence we hold competing stunt team classes. Our competing stunt teams recruit once a year around Easter, and are then set until the following year.Whist our teams are set until Easter, we are always recruiting so get in touch now.

Tumble

Tumbling is a main component of cheerleading. In order for our athletes to continue to improve we hold weekly tumble classes to assist their learning. These classes are broken down into levels and are excellent for beginners to get ready for team selections.

Tricking

Cheerforce Trix is a professional tricking academy based at the Cheerforce Gym.Tricking is a combination of Martial arts and gymnastics, a training discipline that combines kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics as well as many dance moves and styles from breakdancing.CFX Head Coach Reece Lindsey delivers the sessions every week and is one of very best athletes in the industry. Reece is extremely passionate about the sport of tricking and teaching the skills to the young people of Telford.

CheerForce is proud to support all members of our community, we believe that everyone deserves access to the activities we offer.We therefore work with Telford and Wrekin Councils Wellbeing and Care Services, teaching vulnerable adults every week.Southwood Activity & Wellbeing Hub is part of the Council’s My Options – Activity Wellbeing and Care Services, which provide a wide range of individually-tailored support to vulnerable adults and young people including support for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, young people leaving care and older people.Cheerforce hold 2 sessions every week at their gym, a tricking class and a cheerleading class for vulnerable people.
