Coach Emily is available to work with athletes on improving their flexibility, Jump technique, and dance technique including all genres such as Pom, Jazz, HipHop and Lyrical whilst also offering strength and conditioning classes.
Athletes can have solo private seasons but can also share with a team mate (2 athletes per session only).
Coach Poppy is very excited to be offering private coaching sessions this season. Poppy is offering flyer technique, flexibility, jump technique and tumble technique up to level 2 to our athletes.
Athletes can share a class with a team mate (maximum of 2 athletes per session).
Coach Reece is available to work with athletes on the following:
Strength training, using a wide range of strength and conditioning drills and training. Tumbling, specialising in basic impact movement including rebound etc. Reece can also help you with tricking and breaking down various different moves and sequences.
Following the latest government announcement, we are thrilled to say our gym is slowly opening its doors to our athletes. We have completed a risk assessment and addressed all areas and added in all the necessary safety measures and social distancing policies to ensure all our staff and athletes are safe during their training sessions.
